Chopard Mille Miglia 8915 Competitors Watch 2001

Our very rare Chopard Mille Miglia chronograph with date , reference 8915, features a titanium 40mm case with sapphire glass caseback and rubber Dunlop tyre strap with tang buckle. This particular example is a competitors watch, given or eligible to be sold exclusively to participants in the Mille Miglia race, in this case the 2001 Mille Miglia as denoted on the special dial. The case back is also etched with the competitors number which is also on the sticker attached to the outer box . Presented in excellent condition with light signs of use overall, this race watch comes complete with original inner and outer box, instruction booklet and 2002 intervention document from Chopard Great Britain, whereby a warranty work was undertaken for timekeeping. Chopard Competitors Mille Miglia watches are only available to race participants and are rarely seen on the secondary market. This would make a superb addition to any motorsports timekeeping collection.
