Our vintage and classical Omega De Ville , dual reference 1953378 / 3953378 ,features an 18k yellow gold case of 30mm (31.5mm inc crown) x 35.8mm lug to lug. This is an ultra thin (4.5mm) quartz De Ville which is presented in outstanding and original condition, comes with its original leather strap and gold tone buckle which , whilst used, have plenty of life left, and also a new quality leather strap with gold tone buckle. This is a perfectly proportioned dress watch for its era, which we date to c.1990 given its 53 *** serial number. The case is stamped 18k and made in italy. We understand this reference was produced for a very limited period, it embodies a period of change for Swiss watchmaking, maintaining a halo series of dress watches whilst the trend was towards sports sized. Included is an Omega box, no papers are present. This example represents, given its condition, superb value when compared to modern equivalents.
