Longines Automatic King Hussein of Jordan

Our vintage Longines features a 34.4mm gold plated steel case, and is powered by an automatic movement. Notably this is a special dial commissioned as a presentation gift from the royal court of Jordan , bearing the crown and Arabic lettering for King Hussein bin Talal. The overall condition is very good, with no notable wear to the 20 micron gold plating, the case back sticker intact and the strap does have notable use, and is fitted to its original Longines gold plated tang buckle. We date manufacture to circa 1980. Neither box nor papers are present, a presentation pouch will be included at point of sale.
